Meet the DOCA Team

DOCA crowds do the conga!

We are supported year-round by a fantastic team of volunteers, and our Festival Makers help make each event truly memorable. For most of the year DOCA is a small team – a professionally led charity directed by a board of Trustees.

She was Artistic Director at DOCA between 2016 and 2022, introducing the Colour Rush, Window Wanderland, the Shambles installations and more to the programme, she is now excited to focus purely on the creative programme in a part-time role that will allow her to continue her creative practice and involvement with other nationwide arts projects.

Loz is keen to create opportunities for the community to be involved in the creative side of our work, to support artists, and to enable the most exciting work to come to the streets of Devizes.

She is particularly looking forward to combining her event experience with her love of local community to help make DOCA events fun and easy to take part in for everyone.

She will be looking after the production elements of our events, and taking on the volunteer management as well.
